During its ownership of over 40 years, Porthleven Harbour & Dock Company have developed and refurbished many of the buildings around the harbour which has contributed greatly to the economic growth of Porthleven. The company also manages the harbour and moorings ensuring it is maintained and safe for all users.

Porthleven has grown and developed into one of the most attractive holiday destinations in Cornwall.  With the annual Porthleven Food Festival, RNLI Gala Day, the Harbour Market (which operates from March to October), and a host of other events, Porthleven is thriving. Complete with a vast array of restaurants, historic inns, galleries and shops there is plenty to see and do.

In conjunction with the associated company, Porthleven Holiday Cottages, many of the historic and traditional cottages in the village are available for holiday lettings.

The Harbour & Dock Company manages the allocation of moorings within the Harbour. If you are planning to visit Porthleven by boat, or would like to have a permanent mooring within the Harbour.
